1. Behavior & Conduct (OOC)
These rules govern how you treat other players outside of character.
1.1 | Be Respectful
Don't be a jerk. No malicious, crude, or deliberately disruptive behavior in chat, voice, or forums.
No skin elitism. Do not shame anyone for their Minecraft skin's style, quality, or design.
No spamming in any channel (text, voice soundboards, bot commands, derailing conversations).
Moderators have final discretion on what constitutes inappropriate behavior.
1.2 | No Griefing or Trolling
No destruction of player builds, items, or server property.
Roleplay conflict is not griefing if it has buildup, signage, or permission.
No breaking into homes to steal (even without locked chests).
No sabotaging storylines for personal amusement.
No disrupting active roleplay (e.g., jumping around a scene, spamming actions).
1.3 | Advertising
No advertising other servers, Discords, or social media.
Art commissions allowed only for active members, and only in #art-commissions channel.
Do not DM members to sell your art without permission.
Self-promotion allowed only in various art channels.
1.4 | Appropriate Chat
We are 18+. Keep OOC chat appropriate for adults but no explicit content.
No real-world racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination.
No discussion of self-harm or suicide – seek professional help if needed.
English is our primary language for all public channels.
1.5 | Age & Romantic Roleplay
This includes NPCs. Romantic = non-platonic, intimate, or exclusive.
Platonic hugging, hand-holding, cheek/kiss on the hand is fine.
Flirtation allowed only in public settings, not private. ERP is not welcome on Wanderfell.
When in doubt, don't. Your OOC comfort matters more than an IC relationship.
1.6 | Inclusivity
Welcome all players regardless of experience or skill, be it in roleplay, art, character design, etc.
These rules govern how you treat yourself and others in character.
2.1 | Fantasy Racism, Drugs, Guns
Fantasy slurs/insults allowed only if they aren't used excessively.
Recreational drugs prohibited. Tobacco and alcohol permitted.
No guns. Any D&D content with firearms is removed or unavailable.
2.2 | Prohibited Roleplay Content (18+ server, no exceptions)
Excessive violence/gore – no detailed torture, dismemberment, or prolonged suffering.
Sexual content – no explicit scenes, descriptions, or non-consensual acts.
Disturbing themes – no detailed suicide, self-harm, extreme abuse, body horror.
Substance abuse glorification – no detailed drug use or overdosing.
If in doubt, fade to black.
2.3 | Immersion & Presence
Public areas = always IC. Your actions can have IC consequences.
AFK only in your home, storage area, or somewhere not in public.
Declare presence upon entering an active RP scene with an emote. If hidden (invisible, ethereal), state that.
Watching an event requires DM + all players' permission.
2.4 | Metagaming & Powergaming
Metagaming = using OOC knowledge IC. Don't do it. Don't bait others by telling them OOC what you did IC.
Powergaming = forcing actions on others without chance to respond. Resolve conflicts fairly using D&D rules.
2.5 | OOC vs IC Separation
Do not discuss OOC matters in IC chat. Use /chat command to switch.
IC drama stays IC; OOC drama stays OOC.
Memes/jokes in IC should be tasteful.
2.6 | Named Characters
Your character cannot be directly related to, or personally involved with, any named character from official D&D, Television, Book, or Media sources. Make an original character, and if you need help with that, ask.
2.7 | Building & Resources
No building in the wilderness.
Small additions outside your home plot (garden, small stable) allowed but not protected from events.
Resource gathering requires specific tools and areas. Strip mining yields nothing but a ban.
Intentionally damaging the world with wrong tools = griefing.
2.8 | Inventories & Muling
No inventory drop on death. Do not abuse this for fast travel or healing.
No muling – you cannot transfer items or share homes/chests between your own accounts.
No dual logging (more than one account(s) online at once).
2.9 | PvP & Theft
PvP requires proper roleplay buildup. No OOC-driven PvP.
Theft not allowed between characters unless agreed upon.
Homes are off-limits for stealing (chests, items, blocks) unless the roleplay calls for it.
Unlocked chests in public areas are fair game.
2.10 | Child Characters
Must accompany an adult PC. No "lone wolf" orphans.
No romantic RP for child characters.
Kidnapping/ransom allowed, but torture or murder of a child character is not.
2.11 | ERP & Graphic Content
ERP is forbidden on any server medium. This is an 18+ server but not an ERP server.
Graphic content (pregnancy/birth, detailed killing, trauma retelling) is highly recommended to be faded to black.
2.12 | Fade to Black & Voiding
Fade to Black (FtB) = skip over uncomfortable content. Request it anytime.
Voiding = rewinding a scene. Allowed for small corrections, not for meme content or avoiding consequences.
3.1 | Account Limits
Each account: 1 home, 1 shop, 1 active + 1 stored character.
No interaction between your own characters (no meeting, trading, or RP together).
3.2 | Private Data
Do not share location, IPs (except public), payment info, or ID documents.
3.3 | AI Generated Content
Tag with [AI]. No shaming regardless of opinions on AI. No spamming AI content.
DMs may use AI for reference imaging during events. Only as references.
3.4 | Hacks & Exploits
No hacks, x-ray, or unfair mods. Allowed mods: Figura, JourneyMap, Xaero's, Optifine, Sodium, Chatcraft, etc.
If you do not know if your preferred mod / texture pack is allowed, ask.
Report exploits immediately. Abusing them = bans.
3.5 | Final Decisions
Moderator / DM decisions are final. Disagree? Submit a ticket. Do not shop your issue to another staff member.
3.6 | Tickets & DMs
Do not DM staff for work. Use tickets or #help-desk.
3.7 | Streaming & Recording Consent
Streaming and Recording content is 100% allowed, but we ask for you to ask permission from all involved in what you are doing before streaming/recording RP. Server-hosted events may be recorded for media purposes.
4.1 | Server Rating & Sources
18+ but no ERP or graphic details. FtB encouraged.
No guns. Technology no higher than Eberron.
4.2 | Events
Random Encounters – unscheduled, DMs may start them anywhere.
Planned Events – posted in advance, may require signup.
Annual Events – holidays, merchant fairs, etc.
Player Events – player-hosted (weddings, contests). DMs may appear with NPCs but won't interrupt.
Dungeons – once per character, require DM and party.
Merchant Events – traveling traders, auctions.
Rescheduling – DMs will try to rehost within two weeks. No-shows may be replaced if necessary.
4.3 | Getting Involved
You are your character. Don't AFK in tavern corners. Engage with the world around you, it's much more fun this way.
Starting level: 1. Additional Starting feat at level 1.
HP: Average (no rolling). Stats: Point buy.
Leveling: 300 EXP per hour of roleplay (daily cap). Double Experience every weekend. Also from dungeons, events, logins.
Tiers of play: 1–5 (1), 6–10 (2), 11–15 (3), 16–20 (4).
4.4 | Reflavoring
Allowed, but no mechanical changes. A reflavored bear-spider still uses bear stats.
Cannot become legendary or gain extra benefits whatsoever. Your sheet is your sheet, but you can look like you please.
Attempt to look at least somewhat like your base race. The stats of a Centaur and the looks of a Tabaxi doesn't mix well.
5.1 | Event Begging, Baiting, Sitting
No begging for events. No baiting DMs into running something for you.
Event sitting (watching) requires DM + all player permission.
5.2 | Meta Attendance
Do not privately message friends to "coincidentally" show up. No VC metagaming.
5.3 | Loot Expectations
Not every event gives loot, money, or experience. No hoarding if it does, though. Share with your party.
5.4 | Manners
Read the room - serious events = no OOC jokes.
Don't command other players on their turn or tell them what to do.
No rule lawyering - DMs can modify the rules of D&D and stat blocks for their event.
Know your action - be ready when your turn comes.
Avoid excessive OOC chatter during events.
Be patient - Not everyone is as experienced with either Minecraft or D&D. Let the DM help you if needed.
5.5 | Consent & Boundaries
Get consent before major storylines affecting another character.
You can always say no or leave a scene. Log off if needed.
6.1 Homes
Player homes cannot be shops.
No basements unless pre-approved.
Must match fantasy theme if edited at all.
6.2 Shops
One shop per player.
Can sell anything that is collectable.
If price of NPC shops is too high/low, inform someone, and prices may be adjusted.
6.3 Commercial Plots (guilds/businesses)
Up to 50x50 blocks.
Has an application process.
6.4 Leaving a Home/Shop
Unlock all doors/chests. Return story items to DMs if necessary.
If you need assistance in any way, fo not be afraid to ask.
8. Final Notes
Ignorance is not an excuse. If you break a rule, expect a warning, temporary suspension, or ban depending on severity.
One may be banned even if no rules were broken officially, because some things should not have to be written down.
Moderators reserve the right to update rules - announcements will be made.
Have fun, be kind, and help us tell great stories together.
